SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day.
For delivery within the US, orders of $144 or more are shipped via Ground Shipping for free.

Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Snug Organics due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Snug Organics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Snug Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Snug Organics will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
RETURN POLICY
30 Day Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for refund, exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Free Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.
